- 16 oz tub sour cream
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp dried parsley
- 1/4 c dried onion flakes
- 2 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 6 oz crab meat or imitation crab
- fresh green onions for garnish, chopped
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Top with chopped green onions.
- Serve with Ritz crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies.

- 1 (8oz) pkg light cream cheese, softened
- 1 c fat free milk, divided
- 1 pkg sugar free french vanilla instant pudding
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
- 3 tbsp fat free caramel ice cream topping
- 2 tbsp chopped toasted pecans
- In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and 1/4 c milk; beat until well blended.
- Add remaining milk and pudding.
- Beat until smooth and well blended.
- Fold pie filling into pudding.
- Pour mixture into pie crust.
- Chill until set.
- Before serving, drizzle with caramel topping and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

- 1 head Boston lettuce, leaves pulled whole, and rinsed
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 c hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 lg onion, chopped
- 2 cloves fresh minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- 10 drops chili pepper sauce
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- In medium skillet, brown beef in 1 tbsp oil.
- Drain beef and set aside.
- Cook onion in same pan.
- Add garlic, hoisin sauce, ginger, vinegar, and chili pepper sauce to onions.
- Stir in green onions and sesame oil.
- Cook another 2 minutes longer.
- Mix all ingredients together with beef.

- 4-1/2 c oats
- 1 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 c butter
- 1/2 c honey
- 1/3 c packed brown sugar
- 2 c semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c craisins or other dried fruit
- 1/2 c walnut meal or finely crushed nuts
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- Combine oats, flour, baking soda, vanilla, butter, honey, and brown sugar.
- Stir in chocolate chips, craisins and nuts.
- Press into prepared pan.
- Bake 18-22 minutes.

- 1 (12 oz) box Golden Grahams
- 1 (12-14 oz) box Corn Chex
- 2 c slivered almonds
- 2 c coconut flakes
- 2 cubes butter
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c Karo syrup
- Combine cereal, almonds, and coconut in very large bowl.
- In saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, sugar, and Karo syrup.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Let boil 2 minutes and 45 seconds.
- Pour melted mixture over the cereal mixture.
- Stir until thoroughly coated.
- Spray 2 large cookie sheets with Pam.
- Spread mixture on cookie sheets.
- Let set for a few minutes.
- Store at room temperature in plastic bags or containers until you are ready to eat it!
- 2 c flour
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 bananas, peeled, and halved
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- Put all ingredients in machine on dough setting for 3-5 minutes.
- Select baking setting for 50 minutes.

- 1/4 c margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 c mashed bananas
- 1/4 c water
- 1-2/3 c all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease loaf pan.
- Combine sugar and margarine until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in eggs, water, and bananas until well blended.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder until mixture is moistened.
- Pour into loaf pan.
- Bake 1 hour.
