Honey Mustard

  • 1/2 c cold water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 c honey
  • 2 tbsp green onion
  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  1. Place water in medium saucepan.
  2. Mix in cornstarch.
  3. Stir in honey.
  4. Heat to boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir in green onion, lemon juice, Dijon, and onion powder.
Makes 1 cup.
