Easy Coconut Cream Pie

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened.
  • 1-1/2 c milk
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 3/4 c coconut flakes
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked OR graham cracker crust
1. Beat pudding mix, cream cheese, milk, and almond extract with electric mixer until smooth.
2. Add coconut; combine thoroughly.
3. Pour mixture into pie crust.
4. Chill 30 minute or until set.
5. If desired, top with whipped cream and garnish with additional coconut flakes.
Makes 8 servings.
