- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened.
- 1-1/2 c milk
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 3/4 c coconut flakes
- 1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked OR graham cracker crust
2. Add coconut; combine thoroughly.
3. Pour mixture into pie crust.
4. Chill 30 minute or until set.
5. If desired, top with whipped cream and garnish with additional coconut flakes.
Makes 8 servings.
