Scrumptious Chocolate Coconut Squares

- 1/2 c butter or margarine
- 1-1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c chopped walnuts
- 1 c flaked coconut, divided
- 1-1/2 c (9 oz pkg) chocolate morsels
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 2/3 c (5 oz can) evaporated milk
- Preheat oven to 350
- Melt butter in 13x 9 in baking pan in oven; remove from oven.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over butter.
- Stir well; press onto bottom of pan.
- Sprinkle nuts, 1/2 c coconut, and morsels over crumbs.
- Combine sugar and evaporated milk in 2-cup glass measure or small bowl until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour evenly over morsels.
- Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Cut into pieces
- Store in airtight container at room temperature.
Makes 4 dozen bars.
