Ghirardelli Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting

*From Ghirardelli
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 3 c confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 bar (2 oz) 100% cacao unsweetened chocolate baking bar, melted
1. Beat sour cream with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
2. Mix in Melted Chocolate
Makes enough to frost one 9x13 cake.
