- 1 (15oz) can chick peas
- 3 tbsp tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt to taste
- Drain chick peas and save the juice.
- Combine chick peas, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor.
- While blending, add juice from the chick peas to reach the desired consistency.
- Add salt to taste.
- Refrigerate any unused portion.
